Thammasat Secures Top 5 National Ranking in QS World University Ranking 2026
Thammasat University ranks 2nd nationally in employment outcomes (QS World University Ranking 2026), improving its global standing.

Thammasat University has been ranked in the QS World University Ranking 2026, where a total of 1,501 universities worldwide were evaluated. Thammasat University achieved the 551st position, showing an improvement compared to the previous year (ranked 596). The Overall Score increased to 29.9 points (up from 20.8 points in 2025) and it ranks 4th among the 15 universities that were ranked in Thailand.
The QS World University Ranking 2026 employs a total of 9 indicators for its ranking, which are (1) Academic Reputation, (2) Employer Reputation, (3) Faculty-Student Ratio, (4) Citations per Faculty, (5) International Faculty, (6) International Students, (7) International Research Network, (8) Employment Outcomes, and (9) Sustainability.

Thammasat has improved its ranking scores in all aspects for the year 2026, with indicators that rank in the Top 5 in Thailand: 2nd in Employment Outcomes, 3rd in Employer Reputation, Faculty Student Ratio, and International Faculty Ratio, and 5th in Academic Reputation.

Over the past year, Thammasat University has followed the policy of developing the university into a "Leading Comprehensive University for Future Societies," which aims to enhance excellence in all academic disciplines, create research that benefits society, and develop graduates who can meet the demands. This aligns with the promotion of the policy "100% Employment for Graduates," ensuring that graduates possess knowledge, life skills, and a mindset of contributing to society.
